• iVape orders are accepted around the clock every day of the year. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be carried out the next business day.
• Orders usually shipped via DPD and arrive within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment (within Ireland).
• All orders received and paid in full before 3pm will be dispatched that day.
• All Orders received after 3pm or over the weekend will be dispatched next working day
• Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
• With iVape you get FREE SHIPPING if your shopping cart total exceeds €47 (within Ireland only). All free shipping orders will go by courier and should be delivered the within 1-3 business days.
1. Courier – (Approx. 1-2 Business Days)
All orders sent via courier service must be place before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) to ensure same day dispatch.
If the order is placed with iVape after 3pm then it will be dispatch the next business day with the courier.
Please ensure you provide correct address and EIRCODE, telephone number and have phone on so that the courier can deliver promptly.

2. For International Shipping we use An Post Registered Post- (Approx. 1-2 weeks)
• iVape charge a flat rate of €17.00 .
• All deliveries sent by Registered Post with iVape must be signed for. Please ensure somebody is available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your order. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the costs of re-delivering.
• Deliveries by Registered Post can be tracked online. 
Please note iVape can not be held liable or responsible for this method of shipping. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.
Once the orders have been dispatch iVape are no longer responsible for your order.

4.Orders Outside Europe- (Approx 5-10 Business Days)
• Free Shipping does not apply to orders outside the Republic of Ireland
• iVape charge a flat rate of 10.00
• If orders of over 100g are placed the customer will be informed of excess shipping charges that will apply and require further payment with copy of postage receipt.
• Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Non Faulty Goods

In the event of a change of mind or opt-out of the product purchased in our store for any reason you may return your good to iVape Ltd. within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please email the iVape Team prior to returning the goods so we can issue a returns form and number, and so we may also advise how to send the item back to us

Returns are only possible if:
a) the product has not been used and has not been damaged in any way. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. This includes items such as cable ties and plug covers. Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition.
b) the product is returned in the original factory packaging and exactly how they received it along with returns form and invoice.
c) the invoice received/ receipt will be included with the returned product.
d) the claim will not be recognized (sent after the deadline, containing proof of purchase or a letter of complaint, without original packaging.

The buyer pays for the return shipping. We request all items are returned via registered post where a signature is attained or a courier service. The product will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

iVape will address the customer complaints within 14 working days of being notified of the product being advertised. The date of filing the complaint shall be deemed the day delivery of the goods to the address of our store. If the notification of non-conformity will be made within 10 days from the date of purchase, the Customer is entitled to a replacement of the product with a new one. Exchange applies only to a products that shows no signs of use, in the original packaging, unopened. Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition.
Where non-compliance is found, the defective goods will be available in-store, new merchandise will be shipped within 1 business day after the delivery of goods. If this is not possible the store will offer the buyer store credit, a refund or another product to same value of price.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is a mechanical external origin. Therefore, before accepting a package from the post office or the courier, check whether the packaging is not damaged in transit. Pay particular attention to the status of tape or seals on the package. If the shipping container is damaged or the seals (tapes) are broken, contact your post office as soon as possible to resolve the matter. .Repayment will be made within 7 days with the use of the method of payment used to pay for the goods.

3 or 6 Months Warranty
We have certain guarantee period for our products from the date of delivery, batteries and MODs usually come with 3 or 6 months warranty, please check the Guarantee section in item description carefully.


We regret that we cannot accept returns when:
The packaging or any of the individual product components, has been unsealed or damaged.
The non-faulty product does not arrive at or in a resalable condition. In this case we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will call you to arrange to send the product back to you and to take payment for the subsequent delivery costs.

For Faulty Goods

If the product you have ordered is faulty you have 30 days in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to by e-mail before 3.00pm the next working day following receipt. Purchasers should be aware that our electronic cigarette atomizers and batteries, although made to the highest quality, may fail or degrade over a period of time. (An electronic cigarette atomizer’s natural lifespan is around 7-10 days and an electronic cigarette battery’s expected lifespan is 2-3 months). This is not a guarantee that the Consumer will “like” the Electronic Cigarette, simply that it will function as described within the specified time frame.
Each page details may contain the warranty information of the specific product and we recommend that you read this before choosing to purchase.

If you believed the item to be faulty and have returned it , and yet we find no issue with the product then the shipping cost falls on the consumer.


Should I send back broken items?

We now don’t demand our customers to send back the broken items to save your shipping fee and offer more efficient after-sales service. Please note that some brands require S/N (serial number) before providing replacements. When returning faulty items iVape ask you to contact them first by phone or email. We ask you to return goods yourself in person or via Registered Post. On receipt will reimburse the costs incurred providing the goods are found to be faulty. will refund you a reasonable* postage amount for the return of the product. We ask that goods are sent back in person or via Registered post.

*Please obtain a proof of postage costs so we can reimburse you the full amount.
*Please note that by reasonable we mean any delivery service equivalent to the cost of an Post Registered post and up to a maximum value of 10 euro. We regret that we will not be able to refund excessive postage costs (for example goods being sent by special delivery or by courier when this is not necessary). If the postage costs are going to exceed 10 euro please e-mail for authorization.

If the goods are not found to be faulty then the consumer is liable for all shipping costs previously incurred and further shipping costs to get the items sent back to the consumer.
